Surf Coast Coffee Roasters’ owners Neal and Kirsten have partnered with VMCO for several years. Originally working together on the evolution for their successful Sacco Coffee brand that had become well known in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne stretching from the Macedon Ranges to the inner suburbs of Melbourne, we created new packaging, signage and stationery before developing Surf Coast Coffee Roasters when their next venture took them to the Great Ocean Road.

Neal and Kirsten love what they do and with the success of their business endeavours they are able to give back to those in need which is a story we wanted to tell both online and on pack. The brandmark itself is a clean type mark, with a simple line illustration style to create a smart logo lock up that is easily transferrable to all applications. The suite of stick figures created are the smile in the mind that suits the laid back beachy lifestyle of the Great Ocean Road coastal towns. The brand is now the namesake of their Torquay coffee bar and can also be seen served by many cafes up and down our beautiful coastline.
